Restlessness After Visiting Asia's Most Haunted Place Bhangarh
Bhangarh Fort in Rajasthan is considered to be the most
haunted place in Asia. Entering the fort after sunset and before sunrise is
prohibited. In the age when we talk about high end technology, it would be
misleading to entice people in the name of Ghosts. Bhangarh is a beautiful
place in Rajasthan, lots of greenery around but still there is an air of eeriness
somewhere which is why people feel the difference after visiting the place. The
abandoned fort of Bhangarh is often frequented by travelers who believe in the
existence of the paranormal powers. The background story about the Princess and
Tantrik, which is available online, attracts visitors from all parts of the
world to feel the unknown powers associated with this place. It would be
misleading to say that there are spirits and demons however it would be equally
wrong to say that there’s nothing wrong with this place.
Bhangarh is an abandoned town and there are no villages around
1 km of its radius. It can be a superstition but we can’t ignore the curse,
which is linked with this place. Visiting Bhangarh can give you a mixed
feeling. You may not have that paranormal encounter, however, there will be a feeling
of restlessness after coming from this place. It’s 2015, and talking about
paranormal activities, especially during daytime, would be foolish still you
would feel so overwhelmed by the abandoned town of Bhangarh. There are monkeys,
there is a deserted temple, there is a pool where children from the nearby
villages swim and above the town, there’s that Tantrik’s residence that can be
seen from below.
I visited this place to explore its uniqueness. It was a
random decision to visit Bhangarh with friends nevertheless the journey turned
out to be one of the most memorable trips ever. Forgetting the place is next to impossible
because amid all the stories, beautiful ancient architecture, greenery, there’s
a sense of accomplishment to have made it to the most haunted place in the
world. You do feel restless after visiting this place. I don’t know it’s a regular
thing or something else.
