Lonely Aisle

Empty highway,
Drunk people
Sinking memories
Shadows of melancholy
Makes me restless
Makes me fine!

I am moving ahead
Against the surly tide
The darkness within
The brightness outside
The perplexity all around
Is making my soul howl.

My neck is paining
My head crawling
My existence
Is fading into oblivion
Who the hell am I?
Still thinking…

Nightmares, ghost tales
And that silent corner
Where my soul resides
Unfriendly, ugly, blank
The curse still lingers on.

The hopelessness of time
The absurdity called life
Those reality bites
Those witty remarks
Are just fine…

If you are still pondering
What’s this poem all about?
It’s about the sky
That’s insanely thinking tonight.
