Upside Down – Story of A Spoilt Brat

My dad is my ATM – He says with a grin. I am the king – I can do anything.

Everyone loves him. Everyone feels about him. He lives like a king in a swanky apartment. He plays with the latest gadgets and wears Gucci and Giovanni. His life starts at 1 P.M which hardly ends. Beer, babes and fast cars are his favourite things. He can’t live without his cell phone. He frequently changes the colour of his lenses and flaunts ten tattoos. Chill guys – I am there! He throws parties and hops like an animal at night. He is a regular member of Cafe Morrison. He feels no fear, he feels no pain, and he just lives his life on his own terms. He is the king in his kingdom.

The story of his life is larger than life because he knows the art of making friends instantly. He is flooded with friend requests, he is crowded with hot babes, and he is the Ozymandias. He hardly understands the value of money. He epitomizes extravagance. He walks with élan and smokes with passion. Everyone calls him the cool dude who knows nothing…He never attends his classes and hardly gives any exams. Friends praise him for his witty last bench talks. He disapproves Einstein and Newton. He makes his own rule.

2008 – 2010

Everyone hates him. Nobody feels about him. He lives like a beggar in an one bhk apartment. He plays with his emotions and wears tattered clothes. His life starts at 6 A.M and ends at 10 P.M. No beer, no babes, no fast cars only some broken dreams. He doesn’t have a cell phone. He no more changes his lenses.  Chill guys – I am no more there. He no more throws parties and lives in his own solitary kingdom. He is a regular visitor to his nearest Tea stall. He feels no fear, he feels no pain and he is no more living life on his own terms. He became a new age moron.

The story of his life is ordinary because he no more possesses the art of making friends. He is no more flooded with friend requests. He is busy with shadows and ghosts. He epitomizes nothing. He walks without a passion. Everyone calls him a nerd. He tries to follow Newton and Einstein. He is lost somewhere between reality and fiction.

My dad is no more my ATM. He is gone, vanished and all my credit cards are invalid.

The story of his life no more interests me but I know he is a gem of a person.
